Terms & Conditions — 777hp Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 777hp online gaming and sports betting information platform (the "Platform"), accessible at https://777hp.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications or digital properties operated under the 777hp brand ("777hp", "we", "us", "our").

777hp operates as an online gaming, sports betting and entertainment information platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 777hp and every individual user ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 777hp website, mobile interface, content, tools and any related digital services made available at https://777hp.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created when a User completes the registration process on the Platform.
• "User" / "you" means any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin allocation or enhanced offer made available to Users under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate total of qualifying wagers that must be placed before Bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification procedures required to validate a User's identity, age and payment method in accordance with applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited, restricted or unlicensed, including but not limited to jurisdictions where 777hp does not hold a valid operating license.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using deposited funds held in a User's Account, excluding Bonus funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, referenced as a familiar currency context for Pakistani users. Actual transaction currencies are subject to operator configuration.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available within the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, placing a wager or using any feature of 777hp, you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
2. You meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, or the higher minimum prescribed by the applicable operator's licensing jurisdiction.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
5. You understand that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that you may lose all funds wagered.
6. You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction that would prohibit your use of this Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 777hp, Users must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

4.1 Age Requirements

Users must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal age for gambling required by the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator holds its license. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to underage Users will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Registration is not available to residents of Restricted Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify that gambling is permitted under the laws of your country or territory of residence before registering. 777hp makes no warranty that the Platform is legally accessible in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. Using the Platform on behalf of a third party, as part of a syndicate, or through automated means (including bots, scripts or similar tools) is prohibited.

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as prompted during the registration process. The following obligations apply at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• All information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes after registration.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued CNIC, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method.
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restricted access to withdrawal functions.
• 777hp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation in line with AML obligations.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777hp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

777hp supports a range of deposit methods, which may include payment references familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet references including Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. Payment method names are referenced for contextual familiarity only. Their inclusion does not imply any endorsement, official partnership or support from those institutions for gambling-related activities.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• 777hp does not accept deposits from sources associated with illegal activity. Any suspected fraudulent deposit will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Deposits made in error are not automatically refunded. Contact support immediately if an erroneous deposit is made.

Withdrawal of funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account in the Account holder's own name, matching the identity documents on file.
• Any active Bonus balance with outstanding Wagering Requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of associated winnings is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• 777hp does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing speed depends on the payment method selected and internal review procedures.
• 777hp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

7.1 Withdrawal Refusal

777hp may refuse or delay a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or unverified; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) applicable Bonus terms have not been satisfied. Where a withdrawal is refused, the User will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve the outstanding issue.

Promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and free spins, are provided at the operator's discretion and are subject to specific promotional terms applicable at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all Bonus offers unless otherwise specified:

• All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the individual promotional terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× Wagering Requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus funds are released for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet limits during Bonus play apply. Placing wagers exceeding the stated maximum (illustrative example: PKR 500 per bet) while a Bonus is active may result in voiding the Bonus balance.
• Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are specified in individual promotional terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused Bonus funds and unmet Wagering Requirements are forfeited at expiry.
• 777hp reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, exploiting technical errors or coordinating play — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All wagers placed through 777hp are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or altered by the User unless the specific market rules expressly permit cash-out or early settlement.
• 777hp reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error, data feed error or manifest error of any kind.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Current limits are published in the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market availability. 777hp accepts no liability for bets lost due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any wager, 777hp's decision, based on available data and internal records, shall be final.

9.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

PSL T20, ICC international matches, domestic Pakistan cricket fixtures and other sports markets are offered subject to event-specific rules. Betting markets on Pakistan cricket, football, UFC and other sports are provided for entertainment purposes. 777hp makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or timeliness of odds data. Players in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — and internationally — are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable event rules before wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777hp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Registering as an underage User or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own details or using third-party information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of sports integrity violation in relation to wagers placed on 777hp.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal, fraudulent or money-laundering activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or manifest pricing errors for financial gain.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening 777hp staff or other users via support channels or any communication medium.
• Using the Platform for any commercial, business or professional gambling operation.

All content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons and other materials displayed on or forming part of the 777hp Platform ("Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of 777hp or its licensors, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, reverse-engineered or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 777hp.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777hp, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profit, data or goodwill arising out of your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network disruptions or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds data or commentary published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature, however arising, even if 777hp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777hp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and policies apply to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings at any time.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week or month. Once a limit is reached, further wagers are blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Controls: Timed reminders and automatic session-end notifications are available in Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing session duration and net wagering activity are available as an optional account feature.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777hp holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute regarding account transactions, wager outcomes or bonus calculations, the following process applies:

1. The User must first contact 777hp support in writing via the email address provided in these Terms, setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.
2. 777hp will acknowledge the dispute within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.
3. If the dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction following the internal process, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority in the operator's jurisdiction.

777hp makes no representation that dispute resolution mechanisms available in the operator's licensing jurisdiction are accessible to or enforceable by users located in Pakistan or other markets where gambling is restricted.
